A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jasminealimentos.com\/produtos\/sem-gluten\/aveia-em-flocos-grossos-suply-sem-gluten\/\">aveia<\/a>, por exemplo, \u00e9 um alimento com alto teor de fibra sol\u00favel denominada beta-glucana, a qual permite que as fezes absorvam \u00e1gua, formem solu\u00e7\u00f5es viscosas e melhorem a consist\u00eancia; contribuindo para preven\u00e7\u00e3o da constipa\u00e7\u00e3o e de outras doen\u00e7as relacionadas ao c\u00f3lon e ao reto, como c\u00e2ncer colorretal. cerca de 40 mil pessoas por ano, sendo que, de 50 a 75% dos casos de c\u00e2ncer colorretal podem ser prevenidos com a ado\u00e7\u00e3o do estilo de vida saud\u00e1vel (BRASIL, Irrit\u00e1vel (SII), Doen\u00e7a Inflamat\u00f3ria Intestinal (DII), diverticulite, constipa\u00e7\u00e3o, entre outras (GUAN; YU; FENG,
