Isso porque a aveia naturalmente n\u00e3o cont\u00e9m gl\u00faten, entretanto, pode sofrer contamina\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada durante o plantio, colheita e armazenamento, ou at\u00e9 a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos mesmos containers, moedores e utens\u00edlio medidores para embalar produtos com e sem gl\u00faten (C\u00cdCERO et al, 2020; ZHANG et al, 2021).<\/p>\n<p>Na revis\u00e3o de <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><b><a style=\"color: #808080;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2304-8158\/10\/4\/906\/htm\">Colombo et al (2021)<\/a>,<\/b><\/span> foram comparados desfechos entre pacientes cel\u00edacos com dieta com ou sem aveia. Foi visto que os consumidores de aveia apresentaram melhores pontua\u00e7\u00f5es de sa\u00fade, al\u00e9m disso, a aveia pode melhorar a qualidade nutricional e sensorial de uma dieta sem gl\u00faten, al\u00e9m de aumentar o aporte de fibras, tiamina e zinco. A conclus\u00e3o do estudo foi que os pacientes com doen\u00e7a cel\u00edaca podem consumir aveia desde que seja livre de contamina\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada para excluir a imunorreatividade das variedades
