(2020)<\/a>.<\/p><p>A exposi\u00e7\u00e3o a desreguladores end\u00f3crinos se d\u00e1 por meio de diversas fontes distribu\u00eddas no cotidiano, pois s\u00e3o feitos pelo ser humano e est\u00e3o comumente presentes em pesticidas, pl\u00e1sticos (por exemplo, bisfenol A, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como BPA), produtos cosm\u00e9ticos, plastificantes, agentes farmac\u00eauticos e fitoestrog\u00eanios (presentes em alguns alimentos) (TANG et al., 2020). <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5649a1e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"5649a1e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Disruptores end\u00f3crinos X gesta\u00e7\u00e3o <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-dbdfa54 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"dbdfa54\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Os desreguladores end\u00f3crinos podem ser absorvidos por meio da cadeia alimentar, da pele e do trato respirat\u00f3rio. Em mulheres gr\u00e1vidas, a exposi\u00e7\u00e3o qu\u00edmica pode atingir o feto por meio da placenta; sendo que mudan\u00e7as sutis placent\u00e1rias, durante o primeiro trimestre da gesta\u00e7\u00e3o, podem alterar o desenvolvimento fetal (KOUAL et al., 2020; TANG et al., 2020).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1ad01b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a1ad01b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Impacto dos desreguladores hormonais: do embri\u00e3o \u00e0 idade adulta <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb49834 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fb49834\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A exposi\u00e7\u00e3o fetal a esse tipo de subst\u00e2ncia pode afetar v\u00e1rios sistemas fisiol\u00f3gicos, como sistemas nervoso, imunol\u00f3gico, reprodutivo e hormonal; e possivelmente levar a malforma\u00e7\u00f5es cong\u00eanitas (TANG et al., 2020).<br \/>Durante o desenvolvimento embrion\u00e1rio, o contato com BPA \u00e9 capaz de levar a v\u00e1rias anormalidades, pois a subst\u00e2ncia qu\u00edmica interfere nos horm\u00f4nios gestacionais, como Gonadotrofina Cori\u00f4nica Humana, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como hCG; e pode causar altera\u00e7\u00f5es no crescimento placent\u00e1rio. Al\u00e9m disso, a longo prazo, possibilita o aumento do risco de c\u00e2ncer de mama na idade adulta devido \u00e0 poss\u00edvel liga\u00e7\u00e3o do componente qu\u00edmico com receptores de estrog\u00eanio (KOUAL et al., 2020; TANG et al., 2020).<\/p><p>Sob o mesmo ponto de vista, no rec\u00e9m-nascido, devido \u00e0 fun\u00e7\u00e3o hep\u00e1tica imatura, o BPA atua como antagonista do receptor andr\u00f3geno, afetando o sistema reprodutivo masculino (KOUAL et al., 2020; TANG et al., 2020).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51cb8bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"51cb8bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Estresse oxidativo e detoxifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec8b3de elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec8b3de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>O metabolismo dos organoclorados pode produzir uma grande quantidade de esp\u00e9cies reativas de oxig\u00eanio (EROs), comprometendo o sistema antioxidante, a fun\u00e7\u00e3o mitocondrial e, consequentemente, o DNA celular. (2021)<\/a>, a crescente demanda por alimentos org\u00e2nicos pode ser um reflexo da preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o dos consumidores em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos efeitos devastadores da agricultura convencional no meio ambiente e tamb\u00e9m na sa\u00fade; levando em considera\u00e7\u00e3o que a agricultura org\u00e2nica n\u00e3o o permite o uso de nenhum tipo de subst\u00e2ncia que comprometa o indiv\u00edduo e o planeta.<\/p><p>Para <a href=\"https:\/\/pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/33679515\/\">Sch\u00e4ufele e Janssen (2021)<\/a>, a agricultura org\u00e2nica \u00e9 capaz de promover a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o em dire\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 sustentabilidade devido aos efeitos positivos para o meio ambiente, principalmente no que diz respeito \u00e0 biodiversidade; fazendo com que os consumidores sejam impulsionados e tomem decis\u00f5es de compra mais sustent\u00e1veis.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ea78310 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ea78310\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Carboidratos e fibras <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-26d0de8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"26d0de8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A literatura aponta que a\u00e7\u00facares de adi\u00e7\u00e3o como sacarose, xarope de milho e presentes em sucos concentrados, mesmo que n\u00e3o ado\u00e7ados; podem levar ao aumento de TG p\u00f3s-prandial devido ao processo de metaboliza\u00e7\u00e3o da frutose, a qual gera \u00e1cidos graxos mais rapidamente do que a glicose, aumentando deposi\u00e7\u00e3o de lip\u00eddeos no f\u00edgado e produ\u00e7\u00e3o de VLDL (consumo superior de 50g ao dia) (MALESZA et al., 2021).<\/p><p>A a\u00e7\u00e3o das fibras sol\u00faveis na redu\u00e7\u00e3o do colesterol est\u00e1 relacionada com a forma\u00e7\u00e3o de um gel que se<br \/>liga aos \u00e1cidos biliares no l\u00famen intestinal, aumentando sua excre\u00e7\u00e3o nas fezes e reduzindo sua reabsor\u00e7\u00e3o no ciclo entero-hep\u00e1tico.
