Se TG \u2265 400 mg\/dl, o c\u00e1lculo do LDL-c pela f\u00f3rmula de Friede Wald \u00e9 inadequado, devendo-se considerar a hiperlipidemia mista quando o n\u00e3o HDL-c \u2265 190 mg\/dl.<\/li><li><strong>HDL-c baixo<\/strong>: redu\u00e7\u00e3o do HDL-c (homens &lt; 40 mg\/dl e mulheres &lt; 50 mg\/dl) isolada ou em associa\u00e7\u00e3o ao aumento de LDL-c ou de TG.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-51cb8bf elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"51cb8bf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Terapia nutricional nas altera\u00e7\u00f5es dislipid\u00eamicas <\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ec8b3de elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ec8b3de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>As <a href=\"https:\/\/abccardiol.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/articles_xml\/0066-782X-abc-109-02-s1-0001\/0066-782X-abc-109-02-s1-0001.x27815.pdf\">Atualiza\u00e7\u00f5es da Diretriz Brasileira de Dislipidemias e Preven\u00e7\u00e3o da Aterosclerose de 2017<\/a> refor\u00e7am a necessidade de uma dieta isenta de \u00e1cidos graxos trans, consumo de &lt; 10% do valor cal\u00f3rico total de \u00e1cidos graxos saturados para indiv\u00edduos saud\u00e1veis e &lt; 7% do valor cal\u00f3rico total para aqueles com maior risco cardiovascular (BRASIL, 2017).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ca2eb2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1ca2eb2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">\u00c1cidos graxos<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-bffb9ea elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"bffb9ea\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>A inadequa\u00e7\u00e3o alimentar \u00e9 a principal causa de mortalidade cardiovascular; ressaltando que o consumo de gordura saturada deve ser limitado, mas deve haver a substitui\u00e7\u00e3o parcial por insaturadas, pois estas est\u00e3o relacionadas \u00e0 diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de colesterol total e LDL (BRASIL, 2017).<\/p><p>\u00c1cidos graxos trans precisam ser exclu\u00eddos da dieta, visto que aumentam a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o plasm\u00e1tica de LDL e induzem les\u00e3o ateroscler\u00f3tica. J\u00e1 quanto ao colesterol alimentar, as atuais diretrizes internacionais sobre preven\u00e7\u00e3o cardiovascular mostram que n\u00e3o h\u00e1 evid\u00eancias suficientes para determina\u00e7\u00e3o de um valor de corte para seu consumo (BRASIL, 2017).<\/p><p>Para controle de triglic\u00e9rides, altera\u00e7\u00f5es quanto \u00e0 qualidade e quantidade de carboidratos e gorduras colaboram para sua redu\u00e7\u00e3o, visto que TG \u00e9 muito sens\u00edvel a varia\u00e7\u00f5es de peso no que tange \u00e0 ingesta alimentar. Na hipertrigliceridemia prim\u00e1ria grave, cujo aumento ocorre por diminui\u00e7\u00e3o da lipase, a dieta precisa ter, no m\u00e1ximo, 10% das calorias provenientes de lip\u00eddeos (BRASIL, 2017).<\/p><p>J\u00e1 na hipertrigliceridemia prim\u00e1ria moderada, recomenda-se que de 25 a 35% do valor cal\u00f3rico seja na forma de gorduras, mas faz-se necess\u00e1rio maior controle da ingest\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00facares.
