(2022). Isso porque o excesso de prote\u00edna pode causar hiperfiltra\u00e7\u00e3o glomerular, aumentar a press\u00e3o intraglomerular e levar a danos estruturais os rins.<\/p><p>Em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da prote\u00edna, muito se fala a respeito da janela anab\u00f3lica, que \u00e9 o per\u00edodo, no p\u00f3s-treino, no qual o m\u00fasculo est\u00e1 mais sensibilizado; por\u00e9m essa janela parece estender-se por 5 a 6 horas ap\u00f3s o exerc\u00edcio f\u00edsico e pode depender do hor\u00e1rio da refei\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9-treino. Ou seja, segundos dados cient\u00edficos de Schoenfeld et al. (2017), quanto mais pr\u00f3xima uma refei\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 consumida antes do exerc\u00edcio, maior \u00e9 a janela de oportunidade anab\u00f3lica no p\u00f3s-treino.<\/p><p>Refei\u00e7\u00f5es compostas por 0,4 a 0,5g de prote\u00edna por quilo de massa corporal magra, nos per\u00edodos pr\u00e9 e p\u00f3s-exerc\u00edcio, mostraram-se eficientes no estudo de Schoenfeld et al. (2017), no qual homens treinados foram avaliados com o objetivo de testar a teoria da janela anab\u00f3lica em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 for\u00e7a muscular, hipertrofia e mudan\u00e7as na composi\u00e7\u00e3o corporal em resposta a uma dose igual do nutriente consumido imediatamente antes versus depois do treino de resist\u00eancia.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a1ad01b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a1ad01b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Muito al\u00e9m da hipertrofia: uso de carboidrato na pr\u00e1tica esportiva  <\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fb49834 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fb49834\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Recomenda-se a ingest\u00e3o de carboidrato com o objetivo de otimizar desempenho, pois esse \u00e9 o substrato preferido no processo de gera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia e pode ser armazenado na forma de glicog\u00eanio no f\u00edgado (80 a 120g) e nos m\u00fasculos (350 a 700g) (HENSELMANS et al., 2022).<\/p><p>Apesar de sua deple\u00e7\u00e3o estar relacionada com limita\u00e7\u00e3o do desempenho, na revis\u00e3o conduzida por Henselmans et al. (2022), s\u00e3o apresentados dados que mostram que o manejo do carboidrato em contextos espec\u00edficos, como treinos com mais de 10 s\u00e9ries por grupo muscular e bi-di\u00e1rios pode ser efetivo. Em contrapartida, exerc\u00edcios de resist\u00eancia de at\u00e9 10 s\u00e9ries por grupo muscular s\u00e3o pouco prov\u00e1veis \u200b\u200bde esgotarem os estoques de glicog\u00eanio abaixo do limiar a ponto de prejudicar o funcionamento neuromuscular.<\/p><p>Os achados apontam que as recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es de 4 a 10g\/kg\/dia de carboidratos antes do treino podem ser excessivas para praticantes de muscula\u00e7\u00e3o, sendo 15g usualmente suficientes. Caso tenha outro treino de alta intensidade programado no dia para a mesma musculatura, pode-se chegar at\u00e9 1,2g\/kg\/h para maximizar ress\u00edntese de glicog\u00eanio entre os treinos (GEJL; NYBO, 2021; HU et al., 2021; HENSELMANS et al., 2022).<\/p><p>A ress\u00edntese do glicog\u00eanio ap\u00f3s a deple\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser completada em 24 horas, mesmo com baixa ingest\u00e3o de carboidratos por vias independentes do macronutriente, principalmente em indiv\u00edduos habituados ao treinamento e \u00e0 dieta hipoglicidica.
