Ademais, possui fibras, prote\u00edna de alto valor biol\u00f3gico (PAVB), fitoester\u00f3is e \u00e1cidos graxos \u00f4megas-3 e 6 (LOPES et al., 2019).<\/p><p>Evid\u00eancias cient\u00edficas destacam que a ingest\u00e3o de alimentos de baixo IG apresentam retardo no esvaziamento g\u00e1strico, em decorr\u00eancia da presen\u00e7a de fibras sol\u00faveis e insol\u00faveis.
