The Jasmine Cookie is made with granfibra – whole wheat flour made in the Jasmine stone mill, a process that preserves the nutrients of the wheat grains and maintains the integrity of the flavor.
It is vegan and extremely tasty!
Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, wheat flour fortified with iron and folic acid, brown sugar, cane molasses, vegetable oils (corn and or sunflower and or cotton), soluble fiber, maltodextrin, starch, chia in grains, lemon flakes , natural maltitol stabilizer, yeast monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, natural soy lecithin emulsifier and aroma.
