More than three decades ago we began to understand that a real food has the power to transform the body and the soul. From it we nourish ourselves, we feel pleasure, we live with others and, above all, we discover ourselves. Very early we realized that we can transform people from what they eat, and this is a philosophy that we apply to everything we do.
Thirty years ago this was not a very easy story to tell: we started by hand, at our house´s backyard, but with a lot of dedication and goodwill. We started by distributing the wholemeal bread we used to make at home to friends, and today we still have that same desire: to share with the world the benefits of what we consider to be real food.
